〜ものですから: it is just that ~, the thing is ~ (polite reason)
Gives a reason when you want the listener to understand or excuse something. It is softer and more apologetic than から, so it fits explaining a delay, a refusal, or why you cannot do something. Because you are excusing yourself, the second half is a statement, not an order or a request.
〜ものですから: 因为〜(客气地说明理由)
在希望对方谅解时说明理由。比「から」更委婉、更带歉意,适合解释迟到、婉拒、做不到的原因。因为是在为自己辩解,后半句是陈述,不能用命令或请求。
〜ものですから: c’est que ~, voyez-vous (raison polie)
Donne une raison quand on souhaite etre compris ou excuse. Plus doux et plus contrit que から, il convient pour expliquer un retard, un refus ou une impossibilite. Comme on s’excuse, la seconde partie est une constatation, pas un ordre ni une demande.

Da una razon cuando quieres que te comprendan o te disculpen. Es mas suave y mas de disculpa que から, asi que sirve para explicar un retraso, un rechazo o una imposibilidad. Como te estas excusando, la segunda parte es una afirmacion, no una orden ni una peticion.
〜ものですから: es ist namlich so, dass ~ (hofliche Begrundung)
Nennt einen Grund, wenn man Verstandnis oder Nachsicht mochte. Weicher und entschuldigender als から — passend fur Verspatungen, Absagen oder etwas, das nicht geht. Da man sich entschuldigt, ist der zweite Teil eine Aussage, kein Befehl und keine Bitte.
〜ものですから: дело в том, что ~ (вежливое объяснение причины)
Приводит причину, когда хочется, чтобы вас поняли или простили. Мягче и извинительнее, чем から: подходит для опоздания, отказа или невозможности. Раз вы оправдываетесь, вторая часть — утверждение, а не приказ или просьба.
