On Monday, ten guests arrived. Among them was a calligraphy teacher. The teacher stopped in front of the painting in the lobby.「お荷物をお持ちします。」“I will carry your luggage.” Then she showed him to his room.
In the evening, when she brought his meal, the teacher put down his brush.「お仕事中でしたか」と聞きました。“Were you in the middle of your work?” she asked. The teacher laughed and said, “It’s only practice.” Kana talked to him, recalling the words on her paper.
